Neuadd is a 300 year old farmhouse
comprising 3 large, 1 small bedrooms accommodating
8 people, bathroom with shower, shaver point,
separate toilet. A large well equipped kitchen
with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave,
washer/dryer. Large oakbeamed lounge with sky
TV, video, DVD. House is fully double glazed
and has central heating. A garden and patio,
plenty of parking space. Neuadd is a working
farm situated on coastal road (A5025) within
easy walking distance of Cemaes village and
beach (half mile). The village has numerous
shops, cashpoint, PO, café and hotels,
free car park, safe, sandy beach awarded blue
flag for cleanliness and patrolled by beach
warden. A stone harbour for fishing and boat
trips.

After crossing Brittania Bridge take 2nd exit signposted Amlwch A5025. Proceed for 15 miles. Take 2nd exit signposted Cemaes . Proceed for 5 miles, pass road junction on left signposted Rhosgoch, Neuadd Farm driveway is immediately on right. Alternatively continue on A55 towards junction 3, take slip road signposted Wylfa Power Station, Valley . At traffic lights turn right to Cemaes, Amlwch. After 12 miles Cemaes roundabout, 2nd exit to Amlwch pass 2nd turn to Cemaes and Gadlys Hotel. Bus shelter on right, Neuadd Farm driveway immediately on left.
